The Symposium will be held on the CSU Wagga Wagga campus on 28 – 29 June 2018. This opportunity, open to all Faculty staff and HDR and Honours students, showcases student research while offering opportunities to network and socialise.

Research professional development opportunities

Professional development opportunities are available via the Research Office. These are predominantly run online via Adobe Connect to enable easy and flexible access. Visit the Research PD site and check the calendar for upcoming opportunities;

  • School Seminar Programs: some schools run regular or occasional research seminars. Contact your School research liaison for information about upcoming seminars in your area;
  • Identified a gap in research professional development and workshops already offered? Contact the Faculty Associate Dean to offer feedback

EMCR Research Forum

Save the date: 7th and 8th of November

Faculty of Science Research Forum – Taking the Next Step

This year the focus will be on guiding early and mid-career researchers in taking the next step in their research career.

The Faculty of Science will host a research forum on the Wagga campus on the afternoon of 7 November and the morning of 8 November. All EMCRs within the FOS are encouraged to attend, with travel costs from other campuses to be covered.

** ECMRs are classed as being within 15 years of being awarded their PhD (or a CSU Level C and below).
