The values which are embodied within the work of the University include social justice, ethical practice and global citizenship; economic, social and environmental sustainability; teamwork, collaboration and personal responsibility; integrity, honesty and respect for diversity; continuous improvement; innovation and responsiveness to client need and the changing environment. These values are reflected within the SNMIH which aims to foster discovery, inquiry, lifelong learning, personal and professional development of staff and students, academic integrity, social justice and ethical evidence based practice, collegiality and collaboration for staff, students, communities and health industry partners.
