Dr Susan Bragg

Susan is a graduate of Nursing from Charles Sturt University. She began nursing in 1995 in a rural hospital in general med/surg, operating theatres and recovery room nursing. After gaining an extensive knowledge of general nursing, Susan then specialised in Women's Health and Sexual Health Nursing, working in rural community settings. In 2000 she formalised her qualifications in both of these areas and completed her PhD in 2011 on NSW rural nurse retention.

In 2008, the School introduced the HSC Nursing program which allows students in Years 11 and 12 to complete two subjects from the Bachelor of Nursing whilst studying their HSC. Susan assisted the School to establish this program amd currently teaches into the program.
