Kellie Munn

 Kellie Munn

With degrees in Science and Agricultural Science from the University of New South Wales and University of Melbourne, Kellie has worked at the Department of Primary Industry and Charles Sturt University (CSU), including a secondment to a vaccine research centre.

Looking to develop her leadership skills, Kellie completed the Leadership Development for Women Program at CSU, accepted a Laboratory Manager position, pursued further training with the Australian School of Applied Management and holds a Graduate Certificate in University Leadership and Management from CSU. 

In her current role, Kellie is responsible for leading and managing technical support services for the Faculty of Science including:

  • Managing use of facilities and equipment.
  • Co-ordinating technical staff levels.
  • Ensuring appropriate training and secondment opportunities for Technical Services staff
  • Advising on capital works.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes of practice and legislation.
  • Supervising a team of area based Technical Managers and
  • Ensuring there are effective channels of communication between technical teams, consistency of operation and seamless delivery of technical support to the Schools across all campuses.
