Wilma has many years of experience in the fields of education and technology from secondary through to university education including teacher training, curriculum development, multimedia and academic development and management.
She began her teaching at a tertiary level by preparing international students from non-English speaking backgrounds for study at university in Australia and then spent a number of years teaching Economics at Charles Sturt University.
Since 2002 she has been working with, and training, academics in a large number of educational technologies while supporting the development of curricula for all levels of tertiary degrees.
More recently she has managed the Science Faculty Educational Design and Media team liaising closely with the Faculty of Science to facilitate greater support for the Faculty. She is now employed by the Faculty of Science to develop and implement educational projects including Peer to Peer Review of Teaching.
