Accommodation Details

Eligible students are encouraged to utilise UDRH accommodation during their placement. Student accommodation is available in both on-campus and off-campus locations.

Three Rivers UDRH are subsidising the cost of this accommodation with a service fee of only $75 per room/per week charged to students. For CSU students this fee will be charged to your student account. For students from other universities, an invoice will be issued with payment due prior to the check-in date.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students are to be an Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia (including the holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa).
  • Students are to be enrolled in a recognised Health Profession Course.

    This includes: Nursing, Midwifery, Dentistry, Oral Health, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Pharmacy, Paramedicine, Medical Radiation Science, Mental Health (Indigenous), Psychology, Social Work, Exercise Physiology and Pathology.

    For other Universities whose students undertake placements in our footprint, it can include other health disciplines as well.
  • Placement is to be undertaken within the Three Rivers UDRH footprint with accommodation provided at a designated Three Rivers UDRH accommodation site.
  • Placement duration must be a minimum of 2 weeks (10 days consecutive at 80% of full-time equivalent placement days).

All students staying in Three Rivers UDRH subsidised accommodation are bound by the applicable Three Rivers UDRH and CSU Policies and Guidelines.

Accommodation Locations

CSU residences are designed to be safe, secure and comfortable spaces for all residents to live and work. The buildings and surrounds are patrolled by CSUs retained security service, to ensure the safety of students, staff and property. Security is available on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On-Campus Accommodation

Three Rivers UDRH offers subsidised accommodation on four CSU Campuses.
