Our vision

Access & EquityWe undertake high quality applied and translational research of regional, national, and international significance in collaboration with stakeholders to make our vision a possibility: Communities and workplaces in which all people have access to culturally and contextually relevant resources, capabilities, opportunities and supports needed for optimal health and wellbeing.

Key dimensions of our research

  1. Promoting inclusion and equity of access to health and community services;
  2. Supporting optimal health and wellbeing at all ages, in homes, workplaces, and communities, including through active management of chronic conditions;
  3. Developing resources and supports for health and wellbeing, including skilled, culturally competent allied health professionals;
  4. Generating new knowledge in collaborative approaches with individuals, families, communities, and organisations, focused on co-design and co-production.
