Jayden is a Lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He joined CSU in 2016 and completed his PhD at RMIT University, titled "The Effect of Different Types of Exercise Supervision on Adherence, Health and Fitness in the Workplace" in 2017.
Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Physical Education (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation at Federation University (formerly University of Ballarat).
Jayden has previously taught into Physical Education and Exercise Science courses at Federation University and RMIT University, and has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2010.

Jayden's research includes laboratory and field-based exercise training studies in athletic and non-athletic populations.
Specifically, he examines strategies such as different types of exercise supervision and the use of technology to improve exercise adherence and subsequent cardiometabolic health and fitness outcomes.
